We do recognize that individuals will want to try their garments on to see if they fit, however please remember to wear a liner or underwear when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom. We hope that most people are honest and respectful, will take the time to try on lingerie carefully, without cutting the tags, to see if the garment is what they expected. Items with cut tags or that are not in original condition (packaging) will not be accepted. Please be sure to wear footwear only on carpeting until you are sure they fit. * We will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have made an error in product fulfillment. * We will not refund any shipping & handling fees. * You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing defective/damaged goods. * Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused. * We are unable to refund or exchange clearance or closeout merchandise under any circumstances. * Due to the seasonal nature of the items, we are also unable to refund or exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes. Any Costume purchase made during the month of October is not eligible for return or exchange.
